39M, 172 to 161 in 5 weeks. Can't seem to get rid of the belly fat no matter what I do tough. Trying to keep calories low and I exercise regularly. Suggestions?

33/195-ish (inaccurate scale)/bike commuter/starting to run again and train for cyclocross. Would like to get rid of the stubborn belly fat and get back down to 165 so I'm not hauling 30 extra pounds around the track.
