here is a short update on my progress, 28 5'8 209. weight bounces back and forth but i see progress =] just swimming and weights when i can for my workouts.
28 M 5'9" 178 lbs. 1 Year progress. I'm really struggling to see a difference in the photos.. I'm extremely self conscious about the weight I carry in my waist, especially viewed from behind.
*Update* Still looking about the same bc I fell off my diet and havent worked as much I planned due to work and my travel schedule. Need to get back on my grind!
M48 5'9" 188lbs. Strange month. Plateaued at 190 for 3 weeks then dropped 2lbs in the last week. I gained about as much muscle as I lost in fat. I see a small change to my abdomen. Guess the crunches, planks, and lifting are paying off?
